• Friends: You can revoke a pending email invitation from the Pending Invitations list.
• Friends: After you send an invitation or friend request, the page updates so pending items show right away.

Session list: wave/wind rows show correctly when value is 0.

• Session filtering: Filters button is hidden when there are no sessions to filter. Default start date for session filter is now the earlier of when you joined or your first session.
• Merge spots: When editing a spot, you can merge it into another spot. Your sessions move to the target; friends keep their own copy. You can merge into your own spots or friends' public spots.
• Surf Spot removal: You can delete a spot if you have no sessions logged at it. If friends have used the spot, their sessions are preserved by creating a copy of the spot for each friend.
